Shipping Policy
All elephant garlic orders ship out on Tuesdays and ship with USPS Priority 2-Day. All orders submitted before 12:00am PST Mondays will ship out on following Tuesday. Example: orders placed on Wednesdays will ship out the following Tuesday (6 day processing time).
Local delivery or meetup can be arranged for larger orders (over 17lbs). Please reach our via phone, text or email to arrange.
Local pickup at the Hillsboro Orenco Farmers Market is available. Select this at checkout and we will have your order ready at the market. Orders placed up until 8PM the Saturday before will be ready at the following market.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shadybrook Garlic! If something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us. We want to make it right! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Elephant garlic sells out pretty quickly each year, so to be fair to all customers, we do not accept returns on pre-orders before fulfillment.
