Plant Along with Leah!

Our little farmer Leah has worked so hard this summer to create Plant-Your-Own-Garlic Kits for kids. She picked all of the corms herself, packaged and put together the kits. Watch the video below and have your kid plant along with Farmer Leah!

Instructions to Plant Your Own!

1. Have an adult cut the pointy tip of the corm off. 

2. Place the corm in a cup of water overnight. Corms will sink to the bottom of the cup when fully hydrated.

3. Hydrate the peat pod by submerging in water for 15 min.

4. Have a parent cut open the top of the peat pod and place in cup.

5. Poke a large hole in the peat and plant corm

6. Keep moist and wait for your very own elephant garlic to grow!
